At GyanSetu, we take pride in the quality of our trading education courses. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refund Policy on Digital Products
All courses sold on GyanSetu are digital products. Once course access has been granted and the Google Drive link has been delivered to your email, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- You did not receive your course access link within 24 hours of payment
- The course link is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You were charged twice for the same order

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of purchase. Include your order number and email address.
