Digital Products — No Returns
All products sold on GyanSetu are digital courses delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is made and the course content has been delivered.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer a refund only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- The course content was not delivered to you within 48 hours of purchase.
- The course content is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at 25amtics330@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- You have already accessed or downloaded the course content.
- You simply changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong course by mistake.
